Those who attended the Festival in recent years should have received a registration form in the mail this week, and a hotel reservation form also. Of course, if you are reading this, you have access to those forms elsewhere on this website. Apply now! The Early Bird Registration is still in effect.

The Northeast Instrumental Music Festival is one of the oldest festivals of its kind in America, but that doesn't mean it never changes! Serious work has been done recently to form a formal not-for-profit corporation with 501(c)(3) status. A new board of directors has been established. And this website is in progress. 

Planning for the 2012 edition is going well. Several improvements are being implemented. Details are being finalized with the High Peaks Resort. It appears there will be no rate increase for 2012. 

Registration and room reservation forms will be mailed out on or about June 1, and will appear here as well. 

Here is the adult registration form. Note that we're providing a discounted "early bird" rate for those registering before August 1. Here is the hotel reservation form; our special rate is guaranteed through October 24th. Note that students register (and reserve their room) by contacting their teacher.

Adult registration and reservation forms will be mailed (USPS) to recent participants in the next few months.
